- Covers installation issues or product failures under normal use.
What’s Not Covered?
We stand by our quality, but some situations fall outside our coverage:
- Accidental Damage & Misuse – Drops, spills, or improper handling aren’t covered.
- Normal Wear & Tear – Fading, scratches, and everyday signs of use are a natural part of the product’s lifespan.
- Third-Party Interventions – Repairs or modifications by unauthorized service providers may void coverage.
2. Warranty Duration
How Long Does It Last?
- Paint Protection Film (PPF): Up to 10 years.
- Nano-Ceramic Coating: Up to 3 years.
- Polishing & Detailing: Up to 6 months.
When Does It Start?
- Your warranty begins on the day of service.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for any claim.
3. How to Claim Warranty
Steps to Follow:
- 1. Contact us with your receipt and details of the issue.
- 2. Our team will inspect the problem.
- 3. If it’s covered, we will repair or replace the service at no extra cost.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To keep your warranty valid:
- Follow our aftercare instructions.
- Use recommended cleaning products.
- Avoid harsh chemicals or rough scrubbing.
- Do not try to fix issues yourself—this can void the warranty!
